Parker's Milestone Mini Session in Fayetteville, NC

Parker's six-month milestone session was Claire McLain Photography's first mini session at the historic First Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, NC. The session involved mom, dad, and baby Parker. Generally with infants and young children, silliness and toys are key to get them to relax and smile for a stranger behind a camera. However, Parker was all smiles from the moment he arrived at the church. He wore an adorable, timeless romper that. mom had gotten from Fleishman's Tiny Town in Fayetteville, NC for his photos.

This session was shot early morning on a weekday with a beautiful sunrise at First Presbyterian Church. This sunrise gave us the perfect morning "golden hour" that can be seen in the images. We started with images of Parker in the church yard on a blanket, before moving to photos with Parker and his parents. With constant smiles throughout the whole session, we ended with extra time that allowed for a few bonus family pictures.

The Mini Session offered by Claire McLain Photography is great for infant milestones (3, 6, 9Ms, & holidays) like Parker's session. The 20 minute session comes with five professionally edited images and an option to purchase additional photos. The Mini Session is great when only a few photos are desired and the client is a couple, family with older children, or groups with less than four people.

Photos were shot on the Canon R6 with a 50mm lens. The sky was clear and the sunrise was just peaking over the church. Photos were shot an hour after sunrise.
