Christmas Tree Engagement Session in Cameron, NC

The first Christmas Tree Farm Mini Session for Claire McLain Photography was a beautiful engagement session. The photos were held at Doby Christmas Tree Farm in Cameron, NC. It was a quaint Christmas tree farm that opens up early for photographers to use for sessions.

The gorgeous couple, Savannah and Colt, showed up dressed perfectly for the Christmas theme. Savannah wore a stunning red dress that popped against the green trees. She ordered the dress from Baltic Born. I've included a link to a similar dress here. I recommend this brand to a lot of my clients because their dresses photograph beautifully and they have flattering styles for all body types. The dresses can be more expensive, but they do have great sales!

This is my second time photographing Savannah and Colt. They are always so much fun and upbeat during their sessions. I am so happy they were able to get some Christmas engagement photos to remember this exciting phase of life before their wedding next year!

Photos were shot on the Canon R6 with a 50 mm lens. The sky was clear and bright. Photos were taken 1.5-2 hours before sunset.
